A step closer to integrating Versace into the Prada Group portfolio? According to information published by Bloomberg , Prada Group is still in advanced talks to buy the brand from the Italian group Capri Holdings, which acquired the House in 2018 for 1.83 billion euros.

According to the same source, an agreement could even be concluded during the month of March after the two parties have agreed on a sale price estimated at 1.5 billion euros .
