In May 2025, the fashion house will unveil its new collection in the exclusive setting of the Palais des Papes. A first of its kind for this site, listed as a Historic Monument and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Heading south. To introduce his Cruise creations for the 2026 season, Nicolas Ghesquière, artistic director of Louis Vuitton 's women's collections , has chosen the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region with a fashion show announced for May 22, 2025.

The presentation will take place before a select group of guests at the Palais des Papes , on the heights of Avignon. This is the very first time that this architectural complex will host a fashion event of this magnitude.

With this geographical choice, the Parisian Maison wanted to both promote this heritage site—whose construction dates back to 1335—while emphasizing the spirit of culture and heritage discovery specific to its Cruise line. Last year, Louis Vuitton chose Spain and Barcelona's Park Güell as the setting for this show; in 2023, the brand visited the Italian island of Isola Bella, in the middle of Lake Maggiore.
